Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup of tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon of hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
  • 1 teaspoon of celery salt
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine tomato juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, lemon juice, hot sauce, celery salt, and black pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine celery, green onions, Parmesan cheese, and bacon.
  4. Unroll crescent roll dough and cut into small triangles.
  5. Brush each triangle with the melted butter.
  6. Spoon tomato juice mixture onto each triangle and top with the celery mixture.
  7. Roll up each triangle and place onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm.
