Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the eggs. Boil for 8-10 minutes.
  2. Remove eggs from water and let cool.
  3. Mix together the vinegar, sugar, salt, peppercorns, mustard seeds, and garlic in a medium bowl.
  4. Peel the eggs and place them in the bowl with the pickling liquid.
  5. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
