Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup white vinegar

Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and add the eggs. Boil for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove eggs from water and let cool.
- Mix together the vinegar, sugar, salt, peppercorns, mustard seeds, and garlic in a medium bowl.
- Peel the eggs and place them in the bowl with the pickling liquid.
- Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
