Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup actifried chicken
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cups cooked wheat
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add actifried chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
- Add wheat, carrots, snow peas, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add cilantro and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with additional cilantro for garnish, if desired.
- Actifried chicken is a healthier alternative to fried chicken as it is cooked with less oil.
