Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup actifried chicken
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 2 cups cooked wheat
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    • Directions

      1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
      2. Add actifried chicken and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
      3. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
      4. Add wheat, carrots, snow peas, soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
      5. Add cilantro and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
      6. Serve hot with additional cilantro for garnish, if desired.
