1/2 pound of cooked octopus, cut into bite-sized pieces
Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, carrot, celery, and potatoes and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Add the frozen peas, canned corn, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, Italian seasoning, sea salt, and black pepper and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Add the cooked octopus and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
Serve hot and enjoy!
