Ingredients

  • 1 bunch Chinese broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Wash the Chinese broccoli and trim the ends of the stems.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the Chinese broccoli and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the stems are tender.
  5. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar and salt and stir-fry for a few more minutes until the broccoli is cooked through.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately.
