Directions
- In a large bowl, mix together the Maehaw Thai-style seasoning mix and olive oil.
- Add the pork cubes and stir until they are coated in the mixture.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork cubes.
- Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the garlic and cook for another minute.

- Add the pineapple chunks and stir to combine.
- Cover and reduce the heat to low.
- Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from the heat and stir in the chopped fresh cilantro.
