Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon, cut into cubes
  • 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups cooked pasta

Directions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in the feta cheese, cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, pepper, and salt. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked pasta and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the pasta is heated through.
  5. Serve warm.
