- 1 lb. salmon, cut into cubes
- 1 lb. asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups cooked pasta
Directions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the salmon cubes and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
- Add the asparagus to the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Stir in the feta cheese, cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, pepper, and salt. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked pasta and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the pasta is heated through.
- Serve warm.
