Ingredients
2-3 pounds beef short ribs
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons minced garlic

Directions
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, onion, mirin, gochujang, ginger, and rice vinegar in a medium bowl and mix until combined.
Add the short ribs to the Instant Pot and pour the sauce mixture over top. Add the water and stir until everything is well combined.
Secure the lid and close the pressure valve. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Carefully release the pressure and open the lid. Serve the ribs with steamed rice and kimchi.
