Directions

- Add the panko bread crumbs and egg, and mix until everything is thoroughly combined.
- Form the crab mixture into 8 cakes, about 1/2-inch thick.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the crab cakes, and cook until golden brown, about 4 minutes per side.
