Ingredients
- 2 lbs of Beef (preferably flank steak)
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 2 TBSP Onion Powder
- 2 TBSP Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Slice the beef thinly into strips, about 1/4 of an inch thick.
- In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper.
- Add the beef strips to the bowl and mix well to make sure all of the beef strips are coated in the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 250°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the beef strips on the parchment paper in a single layer.
- Bake the beef strips for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, flipping them over halfway through.
- Remove the beef strips from the oven and let them cool before serving.
