Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of Beef (preferably flank steak)
  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Garlic Powder
  • 2 TBSP Onion Powder
  • 2 TBSP Ground Black Pepper

Directions

  1. Slice the beef thinly into strips, about 1/4 of an inch thick.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground black pepper.
  3. Add the beef strips to the bowl and mix well to make sure all of the beef strips are coated in the marinade.
  4. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  5. Preheat your oven to 250°F.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Lay the beef strips on the parchment paper in a single layer.
  8. Bake the beef strips for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, flipping them over halfway through.
  9. Remove the beef strips from the oven and let them cool before serving.
