Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground chicken
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 ounce) package manicotti shells
- 1 (26 ounce) jar tomato-basil pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper until thoroughly combined.
- Stuff each manicotti shell with the cheese and chicken mixture and place in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the pasta sauce over the top of the manicotti and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
