Ingredients
- 1 pound of fresh mushrooms of your choice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of crumbled blue cheese
Directions
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and slice into 1/4 inch thick slices.
- In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat.
- Transfer the mushrooms to a baking dish and top with the blue cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
- Serve warm!
