1 pound steak, sliced into thin strips
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the steak, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and jalapeno pepper and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the steak is browned.
Add the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cumin, chili powder, and black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the tomato, French fries, and cilantro. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot and enjoy!
