Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/2 cup French fries, cooked
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the steak, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and jalapeno pepper and cook 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the steak is browned.
  3. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, cumin, chili powder, and black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in the tomato, French fries, and cilantro. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
