Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 can (29 ounces) sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie pan with butter.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Press mixture into the prepared pie pan.
  3. Arrange peaches in a single layer over the crust.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix together condensed milk, almond extract, and heavy cream. Pour over peaches.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool before serving.
  7. In a medium bowl, beat together confectioners’ sugar, vanilla extract, and remaining butter until light and fluffy. Serve as a topping for the peach beehives.
