Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
1 cup beef broth
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix together until well combined.
Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until they are browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
Add the crushed tomatoes and beef broth to the pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve over your favorite cooked grain or pasta.
