Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix together until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until they are browned on all sides, about 5 minutes.
