Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the cornstarch, flour, and sesame oil.
  4. Toss the cauliflower florets in the soy sauce mixture, then coat them in the flour mixture.
  5. Arrange the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with the vegetable oil.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip the cauliflower and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot, with your favorite dipping sauce.
