Ingredients
- 2 large tortillas
- ½ cup shredded turkey
- ¼ cup pesto
- ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Spread half of the pesto on one of the tortillas. Top with turkey and mozzarella cheese.
- Place the other tortilla on top and press down lightly.
- Place the toasterdilla in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and slice into wedges.
- Serve warm.
