Turkey Pesto Toasterdilla

Ingredients

  • 2 large tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded turkey
  • ¼ cup pesto
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Spread half of the pesto on one of the tortillas. Top with turkey and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Place the other tortilla on top and press down lightly.
  4. Place the toasterdilla in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from heat and slice into wedges.
  6. Serve warm.
