Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie crust
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 cup light corn syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pie plate.
- Combine melted butter, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, flour, and salt in a bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Stir in egg and pecans. Pour mixture into pie plate.
- Pour corn syrup over pecan mixture. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Cool before serving.
