Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 package graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press mixture into the bottom of an 8x8 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips, marshmallows, and coconut.
  6. Return to oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into squares.
