Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons celery salt
  • 2 tablespoons ground mustard
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until evenly blended.
  2. Transfer the seasoning to an airtight container or jar. It should keep in the refrigerator for up to 6 months.
  3. To use, simply sprinkle the seasoning over your favorite seafood dish. This recipe makes enough for about 3-4 servings.
