Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1 (20-ounce) can pineapple tidbits
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, mix together flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in melted butter and oats until evenly combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together pineapple, white sugar, and cornstarch. Pour pineapple mixture into an 8x8 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle oat mixture over the top of pineapple and spread evenly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
