Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 6 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup cold water

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt and pepper. Use a pastry cutter or your fingertips to mix the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add cold water and mix until the dough comes together. Form into a ball, then turn onto a lightly floured surface.
  4. Roll the dough out into a 1/8-inch-thick rectangle. Use a pizza cutter or knife to cut the dough into 1-inch squares. Place the squares onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Let cool before serving.
