Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it is browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  2. Add the butter to the skillet and melt.
  3. Sprinkle the flour over the sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1 minute.
