Ingredients
1/2 cup freshly-squeezed orange juice
1/2 cup freshly-squeezed lime juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
2 pounds flank steak or top sirloin steak
Directions
In a large bowl, mix together the orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the steak in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak.
Cover the dish or seal the bag and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steak for 4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness is reached.
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain and serving.
