- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Place the chickpeas, beets, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and pepper in a food processor.
- Process until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
- Serve with your favorite dippers.
