Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups marinara sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 (14-ounce) can sliced black olives
4 cups cooked egg noodles
1 (8-ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large skillet, cook ground beef, onion, bell pepper, and garlic over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink. Drain fat.
Add marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, and olives. Simmer for 10 minutes.
In a 9x13 inch baking dish, layer 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 of the beef mixture, 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese.
Repeat layers with remaining noodles, beef mixture, and cheese.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with extra Parmesan cheese, if desired.
