Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked ham, diced
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ham, corn, cheese, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and vegetable oil.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Drop the batter by heaping tablespoonfuls onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
