1 package manicotti shells

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook manicotti shells according to package directions.
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, salt, and pepper and mix well.
Spread 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce in the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Fill each manicotti shell with the cheese mixture and place the filled shells in the baking dish.
Pour remaining tomato sauce over the shells.
Bake for 25 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling and the shells are golden brown.
