Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. The dough will be thick.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are set and the tops are cracked. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
