Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge topping
  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, water, and oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove pan from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
  5. Spread softened ice cream over cooled brownie layer.
  6. Sprinkle with hot fudge topping and chocolate chips.
  7. Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
