Ingredients
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup hot fudge topping
- 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- Whipped cream (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine brownie mix, melted butter, eggs, water, and oil. Mix until well combined.
- Pour batter into a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and cool for 10 minutes.
- Spread softened ice cream over cooled brownie layer.
- Sprinkle with hot fudge topping and chocolate chips.
- Freeze for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
