Ingredients
- 4 cups of mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Sour cream and chopped chives for garnish
Directions
- Mix mashed potatoes, cheese, bacon, and green onions in a bowl
- Place a spoonful of filling onto a wonton wrapper
- Brush edges of wrapper with water and fold over to form a triangle, sealing edges
- Boil perogies in salted water for 4-5 minutes or until they float to the top
