Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds, for topping

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, shredded coconut, melted coconut oil, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.
  3. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the dish.

  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the baking dish.
  7. Once cooled, lift the parchment paper to remove the square from the dish. Cut into desired size squares.
