Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, oil, yogurt, and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the diced kiwis.
Fill the muffin cups about two-thirds full. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
