Ingredients
- 1 buttermilk biscuit
- 2 slices of bacon
- 1 egg
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and bake the biscuit for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
- While the biscuit is baking, fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat.
- Once the bacon is cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
- Crack an egg into the same pan and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook until the egg is set, flipping once if desired.
- Once the biscuit is done baking, cut it in half and layer with the bacon, egg, and cheese.
