Ingredients

  • 1 buttermilk biscuit
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice of cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and bake the biscuit for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. While the biscuit is baking, fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Once the bacon is cooked, remove from heat and set aside.
  4. Crack an egg into the same pan and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook until the egg is set, flipping once if desired.
  6. Once the biscuit is done baking, cut it in half and layer with the bacon, egg, and cheese.
