Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh crab meat
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the crab meat, breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt and pepper.
  2. Mix together until everything is evenly combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 8-10 patties.
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add enough oil to lightly coat the bottom of the pan.
  5. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown.
  6. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
