Ingredients

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, washed and diced into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. Place the potatoes in the slow cooker.
