Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Kielbasa sausage
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Directions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add diced bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add Kielbasa sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add caraway seeds, paprika, black pepper, and salt and stir to combine.
  6. Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
