Ingredients
- 1 lb. Kielbasa sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add diced onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
- Add diced bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add Kielbasa sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add caraway seeds, paprika, black pepper, and salt and stir to combine.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve and enjoy!
