1 lb. Kielbasa sausage
1 onion, diced
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 medium bell pepper, diced

Directions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add diced onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add diced bell pepper and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Add Kielbasa sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add caraway seeds, paprika, black pepper, and salt and stir to combine.
Add chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve and enjoy!
