  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 stalks lemongrass, white parts only, minced

  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 8 ounces rice noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Lime wedges, for serving

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the beef, lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well and let it marinate for 15-20 minutes.
