Ingredients
- 1 pound thinly sliced beef sirloin
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and peppers and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
- Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced beef. Season with salt and pepper and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
