Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

- 4 buns
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and cumin. Form the mixture into four patties.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the patties to the skillet. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, oregano, sugar, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and celery salt. Spread the sauce on the buns.
- Place the patties on the buns and top with the cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices. Place the burgers on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- Serve the burgers warm with your favorite toppings.
