- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the garlic, oregano, thyme, salt and pepper and cook for 1 minute more.
- Add the lemon juice and chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the linguine noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet with the chicken mixture.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is melted and the noodles are heated through.
