Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower butter
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine almond milk, sunflower butter, cocoa powder, honey and protein powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add banana and ice cubes and blend until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
