Ingredients
2 9-inch pie crusts
4 1/2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place one pie crust in the bottom of a 9 inch pie dish.
In a large bowl, mix together the blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and salt.
Pour the mixture into the crust, then dot with butter.
Cover the pie with the remaining crust, and pinch the edges to seal.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
