Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked white rice, nuts/seeds, dried fruit, honey/maple syrup, melted butter/coconut oil, and spices (if desired). Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
