Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup of your favorite nuts or seeds
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit (such as cranberries, raisins, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of your favorite spices (optional)
    • Directions

      1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
      2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked white rice, nuts/seeds, dried fruit, honey/maple syrup, melted butter/coconut oil, and spices (if desired). Mix until everything is evenly combined.
      3. Spread the mixture evenly onto a greased baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden brown.
      4. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
