Ingredients
- 4 bananas
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons of shredded coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel bananas and cut them into 1/4 inch slices.
- In a small bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, shredded coconut and cinnamon.
- Place the banana slices in an oven-safe dish and top with the butter mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the banana slices are golden brown.
