Ingredients

  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the tahini and honey. Stir until combined.
  3. Add the oats, baking powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
  4. Add the chopped nuts (if desired). Stir until combined.
  5. Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
