Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 ounces dark rum
  • 1 ounce blackberry liqueur
  • 1/2 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce grenadine
  • Pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill a shaker with ice. Add the rum, blackberry liqueur, lime juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice. Shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold.
  2. Pour the drink into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  3. Slowly pour the grenadine over the back of a spoon so it floats on top of the drink.
  4. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry.
