Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 8 tostada shells
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
