Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 1/4 red onion

  • 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
  • For Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Directions
