Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the bran flakes, whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
